Dr Kupangwa’s postdoctoral research is being supervised and funded by Professors Shelley Farrington and Elmarie Venter. His research follows his PhD study, focusing on value systems in indigenous black South African family businesses. The research team has published three journal articles and two conference papers from Dr Kupangwa’s postdoctoral research. The team has also presented four conference papers, three of which have been nominated for or won best paper awards. In addition, Dr Kupangwa has also published one sole-authored article in the Journal of Family Business Management.
