The Nelson Mandela University Department of Business Management, together with the Department of Dietetics, has formulated and introduced a new bachelor's programme - BCom Food Service Management.

 

The BCom in Food Service Management includes major subjects in the fields of Business Management, Food Science and Food Service. Students will be taught to act as food service managers, who are well-grounded in business, financial and people management skills, but also able to solve specific health sector related problems within the food service industry.
